About the club

We are a group of people who enjoy the hobby of plastic model building. Our members interests range from Aircraft, Automobiles, Ships, Figures, Armour, to Sci Fi. We have all skill levels from beginners to some pretty talented modellers, but we mainly meet to share our work, ideas, tips and techniques, and talk about modelling in general. Egg Plane Group Build! See earlier post on this page…

First up, the Eggplane Steve R is building.. Thanks Tracie! You can see the results on the May summary…

In a tribute to Leonard Nimoy’s passing, I purchased this kit with three evolutions of the USS Enterprise, Hope to have them done later in the year for Avalon Expo. LLAP.

Dave is almost done his Desert Afrika Korp (DAK) Puma. A bit more weathering and a bit of stowage and ready to be called done.

Rodney has a couple of things, he seems to be in a very productive mood these days, keep ‘er going Rodney. His very first tank, Tiger 1 late is taking shape, might be done for the April meeting! Also a complete Uboot, Type VII? Nice!

Steve F brought in a production version of the Avro arrow to sit next to his CF-101 VooDoo, to see what it would have looked like in RCAF livery in Squadron service. I think it would have looked just fine!

For all those inside and outside the Club, Not 100% sure YET, but I think we WILL have a show this year. In Oct, but new venue..

Stay tuned! Keep building!
